For over 9 years, PhD has been Oak Cliff’s fun local sport’s bar. Owner Eric Tschetter has lived in the area for over 20 years and has taken the rich culture of Oak Cliff and created a place for locals and outsiders alike to hang out with friends, enjoy great food and drinks, and watch the game or enjoy live music.

Located right next to the historic Kessler Theather, PhD offers an exciting nightlife with music and fun events. PhD is a part of Oak Cliff culture and hosts parties and specials during events like Mardi Gras and St. Patty’s Day. PhD is also a great place to watch any and every sporting event on one of our many TVs. Fans of PhD know about our great food made with local ingredients and our fantastic Sunday “hangover” brunch.
